Cancellation Policy - Ephesus Tour Company

Cancellations must be made in writing and signed by the tour participant. In the event that a tour participant cancels his or her reservation, the following fees will apply. Cancellation fees are agreed to be liquidated damages and are not considered a penalty.

Cancellations received in writing by Ephesus Tour Company more than 45 days prior to departure are subject to an administrative fee of 25% of the tour rate per person.

If your request is received within 45 days, the following fees will apply:

Domestic and international flight ticket fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION PROCESS FOR PACKAGE TOURS

• Between 31 and 45 days prior to departure: 35% of the entire tour cost
• Between 15 and 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the entire tour cost
• Between 7 and 14 days prior to departure: 80% of the entire tour cost
• Less than 7 days or on the day of arrival: No Show

CANCELLATION PROCESS FOR SHORE EXCURSIONS & DAY TOURS

Shore excursions and day tours (without flights) can be canceled up to 48 hours before arrival without any extra charges (except for hot air balloon rides and airplane tickets). If the tours are canceled less than 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the total tour cost will apply as “No Show.”

Important: If the booking is made through one of our local offices outside Turkey, the local rules and conditions of the region where the purchase was made will apply.
